How we use it

To answer you, to schedule a walk or a repair visit and to write the report you asked for. We do not sell what you send us.

Who sees it

The people at the firm who book and do the work, and the services that host the site and deliver its forms and messages.

Photos you text us

A photo sent by text goes to the firm's own phone. We use it to book the right visit and keep it with your job notes.

Asking us to remove it

Call or write to the address in the footer and tell us what to delete. We will confirm when it is done.
