Historic District
Brick and stucco townhouses around the squares, usually wired and rewired floor by floor over a long time.
Victorian District
Late-1800s frame houses with plaster and lath, tall ceilings and a lot of fixtures.
Ardsley Park and Midtown
Early-1900s bungalows and Tudors, many with later additions and panels from different decades.
Isle of Hope and the islands
Older cottages near the marsh, where moisture and salt air work on the wiring outside and in the crawl space.
